Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment: 
   All bookings can be made through the Grounded Healing website or by contacting us directly via email or mobile.
   We accept payment by credit card or cash.
    

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
   If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment time, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the session.
    

3. Late Arrival
   If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full amount for the session.
    

4. Health and Safety
   It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any illness, medical conditions or injuries that may affect your treatment or the health of your therapist.
   Grounded Healing reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
   We reserve the right to terminate a treatment at any time if the therapist feels that the client's behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.
    

5. Liability
   Grounded Healing accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury to clients or their property during a treatment.
   You agree to indemnify and hold Grounded Healing harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services.
    

6. Consent and Boundaries Policy:
   All clients must provide informed consent prior to their session. We maintain professional boundaries at all times and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates our policies.
    

7. Refund Policy:
   We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please let us know so that we can work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
    

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   Grounded Healing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
   Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
